Why pricing is not being invented early
Commercial pricing, checkout, invoices, refunds and payment-provider lifecycle are not active. Pricing will be published after real pilot outcomes establish a defensible value metric rather than choosing a number because competitors have one.
Self-serve operating model
Account creation, onboarding, product use, support and pilot outcome collection are designed to run asynchronously. A sales call, live demo or founder-led meeting is not required.
